In cut pile, machines are configured in 1/8 gauge, 5/32 gauge, and 1/6 gauge.  It can be equipped with iTuftTM (Individual Tuft) Single End Pattern attachment & Servo Shifter shifting needle bar attachment. (Optional : iTuftTM 2E or Compact Servo Scroll pattern attachment.)

Colortuft is a well known tufting technique combining shifting the needle bar in conjunction with the color threading sequence (up to 6 colors) plus compression of the  tufted stitch rate to create multi-color fabrics  with true gauge density. The Colortuft machine is engineered for flexibility to create traditional textured multi-pile fabrics or choose to employ the Colortuft technique.

  • Design raised loop areas for Tip Shear to create Colortuft cut/ uncut fabrics.
  • Colortuft fabrics are ideal for commercial  contract & hospitality installations.
  • Colortuft is capable of tufting wool yarns.
  • Colortuft is capable of tufting broadloom (wall to wall) carpet, rugs, & tile.
  • Colortuft construction may be tufted on woven or non-woven primary backing.
