DDHP is tufting technology for high pile turf & shag tufting machines at speeds of 800 rpm’s @ 60-mm which is 33% more productivity than other turf machines. The pile height range is expanded from 20-80 mm.
DDHP technology features an Active Vibration Cancellation Unit System – SHAKER 1, a new method of countering the natural inertial forces induced by reciprocating components on tufting machines.
Vibration level readings of DDHP Shaker machines are a fraction of those found on conventional tufting machines.
Shaker units consist of encased rotating counterweights attached to the head of the tufting machine. Three (3) ACVU Shaker units are driven by a separate servo motor not mechanically linked to the machine. Shakers eliminate the need for reciprocating counterweights normally attached to the main shaft, reducing the number of moving parts attached to the main shaft by 50%.
