In recent years, Tuftco has concentrated on improving tufting methods for the production of rugs. This includes our patented ColorTron system that utilizes hollow needle technology for the creation of intricate multi-colored, multi-textured rugs that appear to be woven. This technology can product fabrics with up to 24 colors at production speeds that greatly exceed woven alternatives.
