For over 40 years Tuftco Finishing Systems, Inc. (TFSI) (a subsidiary of Tuftco Corp.) has been supplying finishing equipment to the carpet industry. We have the Engineering Staff , Facilities and Equipment to service the Carpet Industry World Wide.

Along with continued manufacturing of our Carpet Coating Ranges, Dye Ranges, Dryers, Roll Handling and Packaging Equipment, which are continually upgraded with state-of-the-art controls and construction features from an operational, efficiency, and maintenance viewpoint, we have added the manufacturing of foam generators (both axial and radial design with both PC and PLC based controls) and have expanded our carpet roll equipment to include the Ultra Cut line of re-inspect/cut order equipment.  Also, we have added to our product line a design for an accumulator with driven top and carriage rolls, up/down drive for carriage complete with infeed and outfeed drives, all PLC controlled for good tension and proper feeding of light to heavy carpet thru the unit.  TFSI also builds a high-speed carpet yarn beamer.

Our Dye Range Steamers, Thru Flow Dryers, Coating and Secondary Backing Ovens have been made in modular assembly for years for fast field assembly, and have been recently redesigned dimensionally for fitting into standard shipping containers with a minimum amount of disassembly for shipment on export projects. This “Container Fit” Modular Construction allows for faster installations, shorter times for Technicians to be on the job site, therefore saving our customers money.
