Features a computer interfaced pneumatic system of spring loaded clips to drive the loopers @ higher production speeds with optimum fabric definition. Each individual tuft can be programmed to be Cut or Loop while each tuft is virtually the same given pile height. The LLC standard machine, offered in both 1/8 Gauge or 1/10 Gauge, is normally equipped with servo motor driven yarn feed rolls & provides LLC full repeat patterns with consistently equal yarn consumption: therefore, this machine is suitable for beams as the yarn delivery system. Optional for the LLC machine is inclusion of either the multi-pile SESS or DESS 2n1 pattern attachment to provide Hi-Lo Loop Pile textured patterns coordinated with the surface Cut Pile.
